Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) -- $210
Your first appointment. We will discuss what brings you into therapy, what your goals are, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. At this appointment I will also go over my policies, answer questions you may have, and make sure you are set up with your patient portal. Virtual and in-person options available.

Individual Therapy (50 minutes) -- $210
Individual appointment, in which we collaboratively work towards your treatment goals in a safe, supportive environment. May focus on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, processing experiences and developing coping strategies. Virtual and in-person options available.

Extended Individual Therapy (80 minutes) -- $280
Individual appointment with extended time; typically most appropriate for trauma-focused treatments such as Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). Virtual and in-person options available.

Letters for Gender-Affirming Care -- Pay as you can
60 minute initial evaluation (if additional visits are needed, these will be 50 minutes) for a letter of support for gender-affirming surgeries and procedures. Letter(s) from a licensed mental health provider are often required by insurance companies for coverage of these procedures. Virtual and in-person options available. Pay as you can; I care about cost not being a barrier to receiving affirming medical care. Maximum payment would be my hourly rate, and your payment would help to fund this service for other folks in need.
I am paneled with Premera and Lifewise. I also accept private pay (major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted, with card stored on file). Full payment is due at time of session. Good faith estimate (GFE) available after scheduling, and upon request.
If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, I also offer a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
